The Role: Your Day-to-Day Mission
As a Sports Advisor, your mission is simple: ensure every customer leaves
satisfied or satisfied.
You will be the face of Decathlon, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to:
- Be a Sports Coach: Share your passion! Greet customers warmly and offer expert advice on products, helping them find the perfect gear for their sport, even suggesting new activities.
- Create the Best Store: Work alongside your teammates to set up and maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting department. You'll ensure our stock is accurate and products are displayed perfectly.
- Be a Problem Solver: Handle any situationfrom payments and returns to solving product querieswith a friendly, professional, 5-star attitude.

- Education: A minimum of a Diploma in any field.
- Experience: We welcome Fresh Graduates excited to start their career, as well as experienced professionals looking for a new challenge.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a big plus!
- Availability: You must be able to play as part of the team during our busiest times, including weekends and holidays.
