About the Role

As a Promotion Operations Specialist, you will analyze daily operations, trading activity, and market trends to support and optimize promotion strategies. You will provide actionable advice for clients and contribute to developing tools, reports, and processes that enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily operation reports and provide insights
• Suggest improvements to reporting tools and processes
• Review trading activity and customer behavior to optimize profit
• Compare market trends and competitors data to inform promotion strategies
• Advise on short- and long-term promotion strategies and improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong experience in sportsbook operations and sports analytics
• Proven experience managing and optimizing feed usage processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid knowledge of major sports leagues and events
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
