SPS Delivery Lead – Drilling Services

Job Purpose:

The SPS Delivery Lead – Drilling Services will oversee the delivery of the Subsea Production Systems scope related to drilling interfaces on the FPSO project. This role is responsible for ensuring technical and schedule alignment between SPS deliverables and drilling services requirements, driving coordination across engineering disciplines, and safeguarding delivery quality, cost, and schedule commitments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Subsea, Petroleum, or related discipline)
• Proven experience in Subsea Production Systems (SPS) on FPSO projects, with specific exposure to drilling services interfaces
• Strong background in Oil & Gas / subsea engineering delivery leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing system engineering, interfaces, or tie-in & structures scopes
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
