Job Description:
- Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations, including physical processes, mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound activities
- Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring of key performance metrics
- Manage multiple stakeholders by coordinating with the manpower provider, and internal operations teams
- Ensure operations meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through general management, while demonstrating problem-solving and employee coaching/training skills where necessary
- Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and enhance team efficiency
Requirements:
- Working Location: Lot 1 Persiaran Tasek, Kawasan Perindustrian Tasek, 31400 Ipoh, Perak
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
- SPM or Diploma in the related fields.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to promote collaboration and teamwork across departments and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
