Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for supporting and maintaining database servers in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure support for MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle DB servers
  • Monitor database performance and availability
  • Perform backups, patching, and basic troubleshooting
  • Support incident and issue resolution

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of infrastructure support experience
  • Hands-on experience with MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
  • Good troubleshooting skills
