We're Hiring a Senior S&OP Analyst !
In this role, you will support and enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by delivering advanced analytics, forecasting insights, and decisionsupport reporting. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams across APAC to ensure demand, supply, and financial plans are aligned.
You will play a key role in transforming complex business questions into datadriven insights, developing forecasts, building dashboards, and supporting executivelevel decision making.

Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of endtoend supply chain concepts and finance tradeoffs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools (advanced formulas, Power Query; VBA is a plus).
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP/APO, demand planning or S&OP tools).
- Ability to analyze and improve forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias).
- Detailoriented, processdriven, and able to manage complex datasets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders.
- Comfortable working across functions and regions, including different time zones.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 35+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or business analytics.
- Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, and KPI performance tracking.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, and analytical tools such as Python or R is an advantage.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support and enhance the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
- Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs.
- Perform scenario and whatif analysis to assess risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service level, inventory, and cost performance.
- Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for S&OP and executive reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Translate complex data into clear, executiveready insights and recommendations.
- Support the S&OP Manager in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings.
- Contribute to system enhancements and data integrations across planning and reporting platforms.
