The Opportunity

Imazium, Damansara, supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms at scale.
As the
Senior Collaboration Architect, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of collaboration solutions built on
Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and future-ready collaboration environments while driving innovation, compliance, and user productivity across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide architectural leadership and roadmap planning across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
- Govern, optimize, and automate collaboration environments using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic Apps
- Lead migrations and transformations for SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Email, and file services, including BOX, Dropbox, Egnyte, and on-premises file shares
- Collaborate with Identity, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment using Microsoft Purview and Defender solutions
- Design and implement custom integrations and applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Angular, React, and SOAP/XML APIs
- Support Multi-Geo tenant strategies for global data residency and compliance
- Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and collaboration
- Lead architecture and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Establish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Guide Azure tenant strategy, including hybrid cloud and multi-tenant environments, migrations, and licensing optimization
- Mentor engineers and act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior architecture role focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot)
- Experience with Azure architecture, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and endpoint management
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Familiarity with AI and Generative AI in enterprise collaboration environments
