You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, translating requirements into actionable documentation, and driving compliance initiatives across multiple functions.

What You'll Do

• Process Evaluation: Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.
• Automation: Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Documentation: Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and business requirement documents.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align compliance initiatives.
• Risk & Compliance Projects: Drive initiatives across FCC, AML, and KYC domains.

What You'll Need

• Degree holder with 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in Regulatory Compliance, FCC, AML, and KYC.
• Proven expertise in technical delivery and familiarity with end-to-end processes.
• Hands-on experience with Actimize or Netreveal.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse functions.
