We are seeking a
Senior Customer Marketing Specialist with strong experience in
event marketing and digital demand generation to support customer and pipeline growth across the
APAC and India regions. This role will focus on planning and executing high-impact events, collaborating with external event organisers, managing booth presence, and driving targeted digital marketing campaigns aligned to defined customer personas and segments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Account-Based Marketing (ABM), strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute 10–12 customer and industry events annually, including trade shows, conferences, and hosted events.
- Liaise closely with external event organisers to manage event logistics, sponsorships, booth setup, branding, and compliance with deliverables.
- Coordinate booth setup, onsite execution, collateral, demos, and follow-up activities to maximise lead generation and engagement.
- Track event performance, ROI, and post-event reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales teams, Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders to align event and campaign strategies with business objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors or organisers.
- Support sales enablement by ensuring timely delivery of leads, materials, and campaign insights.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and search-based marketing platforms.
- Build and manage audience targeting based on buyer personas and defined customer segments.
- Optimise campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns aligned to strategic accounts in collaboration with Sales.
- Personalise messaging and content to increase engagement and pipeline contribution.
Key Experience & Capabilities
- 7–10 years of experience in customer marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
- Proven experience working with event organizers, managing events end-to-end, and supporting booth activations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and search marketing strategies.
- Experience in targeting audience, persona development, and segmentation.
- Demonstrated experience or strong exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across regions.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (Micron Buzware or similar business qualification preferred).
- Marketing or Sales–related certification or qualification is an advantage.
