TK Rentals Sdn Bhd is a member of Hextar Industries Berhad (Hextar Group of Companies).
Specializing in Equipment Rentals, Trade & Event Execution activities.

Expanding our current business, we are currently looking for someone ambitious, open to learn with positive attitude and wants growth, to fill the position below;

Job Title:
Senior Executive Business Portfolio & Marketing (final position title will be determined when offer letter is issued)

Location:
Balakong-Kajang Area

Reports To:
General Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Executive with 23 years of experience in administration, marketing, customer relations, sales, and new business development. The ideal candidate has a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the General Manager on daily operations and business initiatives. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn beyond their defined responsibilities. Occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Portfolio Management and/or Business Development/ Expansion related activities

- Support the General Manager in managing business portfolios and executing strategic plans.

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth.

2. Administration & Coordination

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to business operations.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the General Manager.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Marketing & Sales Support

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Support sales initiatives, including proposals, follow-ups, and prospect engagement.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

4. Customer Relations & Account Servicing

- Manage customer accounts to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports.

5. System/CRM Management and Social Media Management

- Use CRM and internal systems efficiently for reporting and tracking.

- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data across all platforms.

- Proficiency in managing and monitoring Social Media ads and engagement will be an added advantage

6. General Manager Support

- Assist the General Manager with daily operational tasks and decision-making processes.

- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Undertake special assignments when required.

Office Hours:
Monday Friday
8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Benefits & Entitlements:
- The company observes 11 days of public holidays.

- 12 days of annual leave, which will increase based on years of service.

- Salary Package: RM 4,000 RM 5,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements
Education & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

- 23 years of relevant experience in administration, marketing, customer relations, sales, or account servicing.

Skills & Competencies
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude

- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Familiarity with CRM systems will be added advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel is a required

- Proficiency in using Google Drive

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

- Willing to learn beyond defined responsibilities.

- Willing to travel as required.
