To support implementing the group-wide initiatives related to learning, talent, succession, and OD that are essential for supporting the organization's talent management strategies.
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development, the business leaders across the group, and the Human Resource team members, the incumbent will identify development needs, design, create, and deliver solutions across the organization at all levels to develop talent, build bench strength and create succession pipelines.

Managing the Learning and Development
Analytics & Reporting
Learning Technologies
Organizational Development (OD) Support
Aid in executing the organizational assessments such as strategic workforce analysis by supporting data analytics, reporting and presentations, stakeholders management, and change management.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management and / or Business Studies
HR related professional certification is an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in learning, talent, succession and OD with public-listed companies (PLCs) and/or MNCs.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills with sharp business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholder.
Strong project management skills.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently and is a team player. A creative and innovative individual in problem-solving.
