Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight to ensure effective inventory management, including inventory accuracy, availability, and control across assigned logistics operations.
- Drive logistics quality and service execution, ensuring adherence to defined operational standards, SOPs and performance metrics.
- Ensure regulatory and trade compliance across logistics activities, including audit readiness and timely resolution of compliance gaps.
- Monitor and manage operational risks related to inventory discrepancies, service failures, and compliance deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, warehouses, and logistics service providers to resolve inventory related issues.
- Provide operational reporting and visibility on inventory health, logistics performance, and compliance status to management.
- Drive and coordinate improvement initiatives to ensure successful implementation and operational stabilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Typically, 5-6 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Team player, positive and proactive attitude, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, excellent communication skills, and ability to apply multiple technologies to creatively exceed the users expectations and drive business value.
- Able to work independently, results-oriented with good data analytics and planning skills, mathematically inclined and strong in Microsoft Office tools and applications (Excel etc).
- Knowledge in Power BI, RPA will be useful.
