Job Summary
- Manage strategic and transformation projects and technology implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks and issues as required.
- Ensure Transformation objectives and deadlines are met in line with defined Project charter.
- Ensure compliant with project governance and standards as stipulated in the PMO Governance Framework.
- Communicate the roles and responsibilities defined in the project organization structure.
- Resolution of issues and mitigation of risks without compromising the timeline.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects and programs.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive briefings, and post-mortem reviews.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is added advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing IT projects and system implementation / enhancement, with at least 5 full lifecycle of system implementation.
