Sr. SalesForce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage in business consulting and analysis as well as project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern, and control projects using ITIL methodology.
• Handle end-to-end business analysis and project management tasks for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, improve, and prioritize business requirements to implement Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
• Plan, track, and ensure key project metrics align with deadlines.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve outstanding issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Certification or relevant working experience in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
• Minimum of 4 years of project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Solid functional and technical understanding of Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
