Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React and Java Springboot working in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on developing innovative software solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and efficient software applications using React and Java Springboot to meet business requirements and user needs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and user experiences.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote a collaborative development environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends applying relevant advancements to improve software solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business goals and deliver value to users.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure project success.
