Your Day-to-Day

As a Sr Supervisor, Zonal Operations, you will oversee inventory management and operational activities across assigned Exclusive Zonified Distributor (EZD) sites. You will ensure efficient logistics operations, accurate inventory control, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EZD warehouse/depot operations, logistics activities, and inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and drive operational efficiencies in storage and transportation.
  • Safeguard finished goods, assets, and fleet through proper controls and insurance coverage.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits in line with company requirements.
  • Monitor shipment volumes, brand mix, inventory days, aging reports, and distribution performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of business performance reports.
  • Work closely with EZDs to optimize inventory management and maximize shipment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EZD partners.
  • Track depot-level performance against shipment, financial, logistics, and inventory targets.
  • Act as a change champion to support business transformation initiatives within the assigned zone.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and planning capabilities, including budgeting and business cycle management.
  • Critical thinker who can challenge assumptions and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
