Position Overview
We are looking for an aspiring Graphic Designer to be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and communicate our message effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and create visual and video content for financial product services, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising materials, websites, and digital media.
- Design, adjust, and optimize user interfaces and experiences for various financial products based on brand and market requirements.
- Create graphic and video content for financial products, ensuring alignment with brand image and effective communication of information.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and address the design needs of financial products and services.
- Take into account financial industry regulations and standards during the design process to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain the quality and innovation of design work, continuously optimizing and enhancing design effects and user experiences.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of design projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with external vendors, aiding in printing or output specifications adjustments.
- Effectively organize and manage multiple design projects and their priorities, ensuring timely completion.
- Stay abreast of design trends and technological developments, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to maintain competitiveness.
Skills And Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant design experience within the financial industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.).
- A comprehensive understanding of design principles and user experience for financial products, with the capability to create designs based on market demands.
- A heightened awareness of industry trends and best practices, with a capacity to integrate the latest design trends into work.
- Previous experience in designing financial products or services, coupled with a solid understanding of financial product markets and regulations is desirable.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
