Role Description
The Staff Registered Nurse is a full-time role based on-site at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre in Bandar Klang. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient status, and assisting in medical procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and families on health management, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, infection control procedures, and emergency response techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a current practicing license
- Proficiency in using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and provide compassionate care
- Relevant work experience in a hospital or acute care setting is advantageous
