Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Continuously derive insights from data mining to support business critical projects, and for LEAN improvements
- Ensure that all KPIs for the contract manufacturers are performing well, and to perform deep dive analysis to troubleshoot and work with cross-function stakeholders for resolution and root cause fix
- Develop a good understanding of Operations, Planning and Controlling end to end operations and become specific subject matter expert to provide consult for others, and to propose improvements cross-functionally
- Drive standardization & harmonization improvement projects, while updating documentation and providing business users&apos training as needed
- Ensuring all process documentations are regularly updated, and subject for audit compliance, ensuring contract manufacturers&apos are abiding by the organization&aposs guidelines
- Developing competence and expertise in specific technical areas, driving improvements and equipping others with such competencies within the scope of digitalization / automation for improved productivity and efficiency
- Handle any operations topics in relation to assigned contract manufacturers performance on project basis
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree Qualification in Operations / Engineering / IT /Systems fields preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experiences in Planning, Process and /or Manufacturing
- Project Management knowledge in Supply Chain Planning is preferred
- Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams
- Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills
- Knowledge in SAP/ programming skills / data analytics will be an added advantage
