Key responsibilities in your new role
- To prepare specimens for optical, cross-section and Focused Ion Beam (FIB)
- Operate the Focused Ion Beam (FIB) for sample milling, imaging, measuring and Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) for element quantification.
- Prepare manual and auto lamella preparation for TEM analysis.
- Perform cross-section analysis using FIB, Laser preparation, Ion Miller and etc.
- Carry out routine chemical analysis and other analysis.
- Must be wiling to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
- Compliance lab instruction, APA and VA.
- Adhere to Environment, Safety and ESD compliance regulations
- Ensure 5S in place while in office and FA lab.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Diploma Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Chemistry, Material Science or any science discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in semiconductor or failure analysis field.
- Failure Analysis Field of Knowledge: Focus Ion Beam(FIB) basic and advance (lamella preparation and circuit modification)
- FoK Imaging, i.e. optical and SEM.
- Accurate data measurement.
- Safe chemical handling.
- Semiconductor processing, fabrication and testing.
- Ability to interface effectively with employees and laboratory customers.
- Work closely with peers and supervisor in undertaking the respective task.
