Founding Team — TogetherWorks

TogetherWorks is a collaborative venture and project development platform under ZAMAN Group.

We bring people, ideas, skills and resources together to develop projects, ventures and solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities.

We are now forming our small founding C-suite team to take TogetherWorks from concept to market.

Founding roles:

CEO — Strategy, leadership & partnerships
COO — Operations, systems & execution
Chief Community Officer — Community, people & collaboration
Chief Venture Officer — Venture/project development & incubation
Chief Impact Officer — Social impact & beneficiary outcomes
CFO — Finance, commercial planning & capital readiness
Chief Marketing & Communications Officer — Brand, outreach & client acquisition

Our 2026 goals:

Establish and register TogetherWorks
Build our foundational operating system
Deliver our first social-impact project
Secure our first paying client
Build a model ready for growth in 2027

Important: This is a bootstrapped, equity-only founding opportunity. There is currently no salary, stipend or monetary compensation. Founding members will receive equity, subject to formal incorporation and shareholder arrangements.

We are looking for Malaysians only who are entrepreneurial, collaborative, reliable and genuinely interested in building something from the ground up.

Time commitment:

Approximately 1–4 hours of deliverable work every two weeks + a 1-hour bi-weekly team meeting.

This is designed to be flexible alongside your existing work, studies or commitments. Founding members may step away at any time with professional notice.
