- Provide high standards of nursing care.
- Provide dedicated service with respect to patients spiritual and cultural beliefs.
- Adhere to Patient Safety Goals in compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health.
- Fast learner and computer literate.
- Perform all other duties of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner.
- Manage the department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care is provided.
- Undertake special responsibilities for the Critical Care Unit.
- Plan and manage patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess Post Basic in ICU/Degree/Diploma in Nursing and must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse ICU.
- Preferably candidate with experience in special units and Post Basic certificate.
- Possess valid latest APC 2024.
- Willing to be deployed and work on shifts.
