To coordinate shift rotation of boilermen in BLC and BLE boiler house operation
To assist boiler manager in conducting boilermen performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge and the contribution of the boiler section.
Participate in Objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.(P3)
Responsible for gas fuel and Liquid fuel (shea) burning in steam boiler ensure boiler are operated safely and at maximum Efficiency, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company,
Ensure Steam boilers and it associated devices safety inspection criteria are met, check & tested as per schedule outline by Boiler Manager
Responsible for the clean stack emission , complying with department of Environment regulation
Coordinate with maintenance team or external contractor to implement the equipment maintenance system and quality strategies are complied to enhance equipment reliability, availability and safety standard.
Assist Boiler Manager to maintain the system documentation procedure, policy, work instruction and scope of work as part of the company continuous improvement beyond ISO 9000, GMP and Food Safety, FSSC 22000.
Assist Boiler Manager to liaise with gas suppliers GEMS on gas daily and weekly demand
Ensure all requirement for DOSH registration and inspection of fire and non fired pressure are prepared and compiled.
Assist Boiler Manager to communicates regularly with all GEMS DOSH , to ensure good two-way communication concerning Factory and machinery safety issue including Provides staff training and development matters.
Ensure all pressure equipment are operated in Safe and efficient manner
Able to use CMMS ( SAP)
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 5 years experience in operating steam boiler or Diploma in Engineering with 7 years in related field.
Expert in Boiler operation and maintenance
Certified competent steam engineer grade 2, registered with DOSH
Preferably candidate who are able to work / support shift pattern
