Job Description

M Pump Malaysia is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Clerk/Admin to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all tools, equipment, and materials in the store
  • Coordinate daily receiving and issuing of goods
  • Perform inspection of incoming materials before acceptance
  • Handle documentation for goods movement (inbound & outbound)
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and store activities
  • Key in BOM, inventory data, stock, and serial numbers into the system
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of consumables at all times
  • Support administrative processes for order fulfillment and invoicing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Basic knowledge of inventory or store operations is an advantage
  • Comfortable with data entry and system updates
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
