M Pump Malaysia is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Clerk/Admin to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control all tools, equipment, and materials in the store
- Coordinate daily receiving and issuing of goods
- Perform inspection of incoming materials before acceptance
- Handle documentation for goods movement (inbound & outbound)
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and store activities
- Key in BOM, inventory data, stock, and serial numbers into the system
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of consumables at all times
- Support administrative processes for order fulfillment and invoicing
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What we're looking for:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of inventory or store operations is an advantage
- Comfortable with data entry and system updates
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
