Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth (Front of House) FOH and (Back of House) BOH operations, and compliance with company standards. Lead and coach team members, drive sales performance, manage inventory and cash handling, and maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused store environment.

Key Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Business, or related field.
2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, café, bakery, F&B, or hospitality.
Strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.
Experience in inventory control, cash handling, POS systems, and workforce planning.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
