As a member of the Store Development team, you will provide administrative and operational support in executing store development projects, including new store openings, renovations, and landlord coordination. This role supports the team in day‑to‑day project coordination, documentation, and cross‑functional communication to ensure store development activities are delivered efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
Key Areas / Responsibilities
- To support the Store Development team in coordinating new store openings, renewals, and renovation projects.
- To assist in preparing and organizing project documents, reports, presentations, and approval papers.
- To track project timelines, status updates, and key milestones, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders where required.
- To liaise with landlords, vendors, consultants, and internal departments (e.g. Legal, Finance, Store Design) for document collection and information flow.
- To maintain proper filing and records of agreements, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
- To assist in data compilation related to store network, lease information, and project costs for reporting and analysis.
- To provide general administrative and operational support to the Store Development team, including meeting coordination and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
- Basic understanding or interest in retail store development or property‑related projects is an advantage.
