Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities.

  • Give the highest standard of vision, mission and value of HUGO BOSS brand at all times and to act as a role model for all colleagues
  • Personal presentation is in line with the brand image and company grooming standard as an Iconic Ambassador of the brand
  • Communicate with the client through digital, mail outs, customer correspondence and telephone calls by adhering to the corporate marketing guideline
  • Keep accurate records of high value client sales
  • Handle customers enquiries and complaints on the company and / or product information in a professional manner
  • Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management
  • Ensure sales target is consistently achieved
  • Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and sustain premium brand image at shop level
  • Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times
  • Ensure stocks are well organized in the stock room and selling floor
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
  • Provide recommendations to the management on how to support the growth of the business
  • Develop a succession planning with Head of Retail. Able to identify and groom the next in line
  • Provide product knowledge and link selling technique training to Sales Associate
  • Work well with all management and department level
  • Send monthly reports on sales, stock, promotional activity
  • Be available to work with high value clients when required which may include weekends, public holidays and out of normal store operating hours
  • Be available to attend external events or social networking on behalf of the Company when required
  • Assist in adhoc matter as and when required

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years solid experience in retail operations and managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
  • Extensive luxury retail experience and understanding of high value clients
  • Good knowledge of the local market and client service expectations
  • Ability to demonstrate they can grow clients relationships to develop future revenue
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers
  • Be aggressive to achieve the sales target
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented
  • Strong communications and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English knowledge of other languages relevant to the region would be beneficial
  • Passion for fashion & high quality clothing
