Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Train Team: Hire, schedule, and motivate store staff.
Boost Sales: Drive daily targets and grow store revenue.
Ensure Great Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Control Costs: Manage inventory, minimize waste, and track labor hours.
Maintain Standards: Keep the store clean, safe, and fully compliant.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum SPM, Higher Secondary, or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or Business Administration.

Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in F&B, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or retail environments.

Certification : Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination are required.

Operational & Technical Skills
Cost & Stock Control: Experience managing inventory, ordering stock, monitoring Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and controlling
waste.
Staff Scheduling: Proficient in staff scheduling and labor cost management.
KPI & Sales Management: Ability to track sales targets, analyze store performance, and strictly execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Personal Traits & Availability
Brand Culture Fit: High energy, passionate, positive, and customer-centric (embodying the vibrant Boost Juice atmos
phere).
Language Skills: Conversational fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Work Schedule: Willing to work on shift rotations, weekends, and public holidays according to mall operational hours.
