STORE MANAGER

As a Store Manager, you are not just running a store - you are leading the heartbeat of the Qra experience. You will oversee the overall store operations, customer experience, sales performance and people management while upholding the Company's culture and values.
We are looking for a hands-on and commercially aware leader with grocery retail experience and an understanding of F&B operations and trends, who is excited to drive store performance while building an engaging and lifestyle-driven environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Performance
· Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
· Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising standards, stock availability, and overall presentation are maintained at all times.
· Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, shrinkage, and wastage control.
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
· Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions to maintain service excellence.
Customer Experience
· Upholding Qra's Brand Promise and ensure customer service standards are consistently delivered.
· Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing feedback and complaints in timely and professional manner.
· Build strong customer engagement and maintain a welcoming store environment.
People Management
· Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
· Manage manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and staff productivity.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives.
· Conduct regular team briefings and provide ongoing feedback and guidance.
Sales & Business Performance
· Drive store sales and profitability to achieve business targets and KPIs.
· Analyse sales reports, trends, and customer behaviours to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Monitor labour cost, overtime, and overall store expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
· Safeguard company assets and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
What We Are Looking For :
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or F&B operations with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in hospitality or F&B environment is an added advantage
· Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Commercially minded with good understanding of retail operations and business performance.
