Job Description
The function of the Store Officer shall include, but not limited to the following:-
- To lead / manage the store personnel to work effectively and efficiently in store operations to meet company objectives.
- Manage its team based on Employee Involvement principles
- To ensure the store personnel are adhered to SOPs at all times & Manage the workload of the area and optimize the allocated resources
- To ensure good housekeeping and safety conditions in the store / dispatch area
- To achieve and maintain 100% stock accuracy with proper documentation and system control and regular cycle counts / mid-year / end year stock takes + Normal documentation task ( Administration )
- Ensure actual inventory accuracy and reliability (FIFO and Cycle counting etc)
- Continuously monitor and improve the internal DSA (OTIF and pitch performance).
- To find ways / means to improve and enhance the store management system.
- Be interface between supply chain and production at shop floor level ensuring material movement is in accordance with operations expectations.
- To carry out other task assigned by immediate superior
