Job Description
Position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retails.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraging to apply.
- Pleasant and good grooming skills.
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retails industry.
- Attention to detail, quick-minded and energetic person.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
- Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
- Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day back of house operations including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting on sales transaction and closing, emails, etc.
- Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately.
- Responsible an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, merchandise, replenishment, packaging, equipment, staff uniform, etc.
- Participate and monitor in all inventory, stock counts and Worldwide after sales service, accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage boutique team in execution of operations tasks.
