Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/ fashion retail/ luxury retails.

Job responsibilities
Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day back of house operations including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting on sales transaction and closing, emails, etc.
Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately.
Responsible an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, merchandise, replenishment, packaging, equipment, staff uniform, etc.
Participate and monitor in all inventory, stock counts and Worldwide after sales service, accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage boutique team in execution of operations tasks.
