Store Supervisor
We are looking for a Store Supervisor who will be responsible to supervise
warehouse duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead and assign task to store personnel and supervise warehouse duties
To ensure good control of inventory and all the record is updated on time
To monitoring AX stock movement status on daily basis
To ensure FIFO is compliance
To maintain product cold chain
To ensure every cold storage and equipment maintenance in placed and any breakdown
to report immediately to superior in-charge & maintenance Dept
To ensure warehouse equipment and machines are in good conditions at all time
Ensure proper housekeeping, integrity of stock control and high security at store
To ensure compliance of safety norms in the warehouse
Supervise and monitoring container temperature record at night time
To setup employee TMS
Leading for stock take (FG & RM) leading a team of working, delegating and supervisory
their working
Understanding of company policies and work accordance to SOP & QAP-16 Store
Operating Procedure
Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Core Subject :
Thermodynamics
At least 2 years working experience in Refrigerant plant is preferred
Experience on High Horse Power (100hp or above) Refrigerant (R22 or R717)
compressor system
Hand on experience on Refrigerant Compressor (Piston & Screw) repair and overhaul.
Knowledge in Mech. Drawing and AutoCAD
Attend to emergency call after working hours, during rest day or holidays
May request work on shift when necessary (To check the system operation, absent of
compressor operator, system problems or others)
Good Analytical Skill and strong problem solving skills
Good team player and communicator
