The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staff Management - Supervising, training, and guiding employees to meet performance and company standards.
- Daily Operations - Ensuring the store runs efficiently, from opening and closing procedures to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Inventory Control - Monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise and ensuring accurate inventory.
- Customer Service - Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance - Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall good order within the store or warehouse.
- Policy Adherence - Ensuring all operations and employee activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting - Completing necessary reports on daily and weekly basis and providing feedback and
Requirements:
- Language: Must haves are English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in any industry but fresh grads are also welcomed to apply
