Storekeeper Leader. In this role, you will oversee storekeeping operations, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure smooth warehouse processes to support production and overall business success. You will also lead a team of storekeepers and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

What You'll Do
- Inventory Management Ensure stock cards are up to date, maintain accurate records of stock levels and locations, perform regular stock counts, and investigate variances
- Supervise Storekeeping Operations Plan, lead, and coordinate daily tasks for storekeepers; oversee goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock transfers; ensure proper material identification and storage based on item categories
- Storage & Organization Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
- Stock Replenishment & Ordering Monitor stock levels, assist warehouse executive in forecasting inventory demand, and notify the purchasing team to reorder as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders, and delivery notes
- Support in Waste Management & Disposal Assist in handling and disposing of unused, expired, or defective materials according to company policies
- Other Tasks Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors
What You'll Need
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 23 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control
- Ability to drive forklift and reach truck to lift and move heavy items
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
