Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account & Revenue Ownership
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with complex infrastructure environments.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on recurring revenue from Resident Engineer (RE) placements, managed services, and platform optimisation.
- Drive multi-year RE engagements tied to infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation, and operational resilience.
2. Resident Engineer (RE) Solution Selling
- Identify opportunities where embedded engineering is required due to:
- Platform complexity (Broadcom/VMware, Nutanix, Dell, hybrid cloud)
- Skills gaps, attrition risk, or operational fragility
- Regulatory, availability, or performance requirements
3.Customer Engagement
- Build and sustain long-term executive-level relationships with customers, positioning CK as a Technical-Business trusted advisor.
- Partner with customers to define/build or align the strategies, develop roadmaps, and identify opportunities for cloud adoption.
- Deliver consultative value propositions tailored to customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management and sales, with a significant portion dedicated to selling professional services (consulting, implementation, managed services) for complex IT or cloud solutions.
- Exceptional network and strong established relationships at the C-suite and VP level within large, enterprise-level companies in Thailand (medium-to-large accounts).
- Deep and current awareness of the Singapore IT and cloud market landscape, including key trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS); relevant certifications are a strong plus.
