About the Role
This role is with our AIA Pension and Asset Management team to help support the collaboration with Strategic Distribution - Agency Cross Sell Team and Strategic Business Planning Team.
Assist strategic-related business functions (recruitment, campaigns formulation and sign-off, and agreements).
Assist in development of propositions and features, marketing materials, social media campaign.
Assist Expense management to enhance financial discipline and compliance adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support in driving AUM growth and Sales Growth
Strategic Alliances & Corporate Sales
- Corporate Client Engagement: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of PRS corporate vesting and private mandate documentation for companies contributing on behalf of employees.
- Sales Enablement: Support onboarding and servicing of corporate clients, including preparation of tailored marketing collaterals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain records and reports for corporate clients, ensuring smooth operational support and timely follow-ups.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all corporate sales activities and documentation are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Digital Distribution Channel Support
- Campaign Execution:Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns across online platforms, including content creation and reward fulfillment.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Create and update digital assets such as website content, e-brochures, banners, and social media visuals to support digital outreach.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities using platforms like Morningstar, PPA, SC, and Bank Negara to inform digital strategy.
- Sales Reporting:Extract and analyze data for daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across digital channels to support tracking and optimization.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries from digital clients and partners, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Monitoring of marketing campaign expenses and preparation of marketing proposal (including projects sales and costs) for management sign off
- Support business case approval by generating analysis of past sales data to study trends and behavior
- Ensured all business practices and campaigns to be within guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or other related insurance professional qualification.
- Outgoing, sociable, resourceful, independent and able to communicate well.
- Good communication and negotiation skills. Proactive and result oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Words, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
