Job Description

This role defines how our investment bank speaks to the world.

You'll manage all corporate communications, content, PR, SEO and analytics - shaping the brand's voice across clients, partners, media and public channels.

This is a highly strategic communications role with a hands-on writing prerequisite. You will produce everything from newsletters and client updates to long-form thought leadership, industry commentary, website content, event write-ups and press materials. You will also manage PR coordination and ensure our communication is consistent and credible.

You're the central storyteller behind our brand.

What you'll do

  • Lead corporate communications across internal, external and client-facing channels
  • Develop strategic messages to be adopted across the business
  • Write clear, polished content: newsletters, corporate updates, brochures, collateral development, announcements
  • Produce long-form content and thought leadership pieces on finance, markets and industry topics
  • Develop editorial calendars and brand messaging guides
  • Own SEO strategy: keyword optimisation, content ranking, analytics reviews
  • Manage website content, on-page optimisation, user flow recommendations
  • Track SEO & content performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. and adjust strategies based on data
  • Prepare media materials: press releases, Q&A briefs, speaking notes, key messages
  • Coordinate with media outlets for coverage & editorial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, CRM and Events teams to align content with campaigns

Event support

Because we have a full regional event calendar, you will:

  • Travel with the team for event execution (mainly Singapore)
  • Produce content tied to events (press releases, speeches, event recaps, eDMs)
  • Help coordinate communications materials on-site
  • Support client experience documentation (coverage, content capture)
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all event touchpoints

You'll fit right in if you

  • Have 36 years experience in communications, PR, content strategy or SEO
  • Are an exceptional writer with strong command of long-form English writing
  • Can translate technical or financial topics into readable, engaging content
  • Love research and crafting thought leadership narratives
  • Understand SEO fundamentals and can interpret analytics data
  • Can translate search data into actionable writing strategies
  • Are organised, proactive, structured, deadline-driven
  • Can adapt tone across corporate, lifestyle, editorial and event contexts
  • Are energetic, adaptable and excited about hands-on event involvement

Bonus (nice to have)

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, corporate communications or journalism
  • Media relations experience, either direct or via appointed agency
  • Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia. Fluent in English is a must, not a nice to have.
