Job Description:
- Drive Singapore e-commerce marketplace growth through new strategic initiatives
- Support Shopee's AI capability building by identifying use cases, driving the deployment of AI-enabled capabilities, and improving business workflows
- Structure ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, analysis, and scalable strategy development
- Deliver end-to-end strategic projects, from development and implementation to business case realisation
- Develop materials for senior stakeholders to support timely and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategy
- Exposure to AI-related projects would be advantageous
- Familiarity with AI, chatbots, or automation tools would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative problems
- Experience working cross-functionally with external partners or suppliers in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
