Job Description:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance user and partner experiences by applying data-driven analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and business transformation frameworks.
  • Identify process, functional, and product gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including ideation, feasibility assessment, business case development, planning, stakeholder alignment, implementation, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business operations, systems, products, and technical requirements to effectively manage project deliverables, resources, risks, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication of project objectives, strategies, priorities, and progress.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to lead and execute transformation projects that support organizational growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze project outcomes, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations, findings, and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • An MBA or another advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in either management consulting, business strategy, corporate strategy, business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence
  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in analyzing data, building reports, creating dashboards, and generating actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities, drive business growth, or balance strategic objectives with commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, designing, and implementing strategic solutions to address complex business challenges and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize complex data, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking skills, and a structured approach to evaluating business issues and opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
