Design and support initiatives by applying structured problem-solving approaches to improve users and partners experiences at Shopee.
Assist in identifying function/ product gaps and initiate transformational projects/ initiatives.
Participate and lead end-to-end projects from initial research and feasibility studies to planning, execution, and operational rollout.
Proactively build understanding of the business and operational processes to effectively manage deliverables and resources.
Act as a liaison between functions to ensure smooth communication and timely updates on project milestones.
Work with functional stakeholders to gather data, conduct analysis that enable business improvement and transformation.
Prepare structured presentations and reports to communicate project findings, and progress to internal stakeholders
Provide project management support in tracking project performance, costs and key deliverables

Requirements

Strong academics from top-tier institutions with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA is a plus)
0-4 years of working experience. Internships in management consulting forms, tech or high-growth companies are highly preferred.
Good business acumen with ability to identify operational improvement opportunities from a commercial perspective
Possess strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data backed analysis in a structured manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas clearly and concisely
A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
