This full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager role is based on-site in Air Itam. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for supplier evaluation, management, and development, as well as negotiating contracts and overseeing procurement processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective sourcing operations, aligning with the company's goals and standards.

• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Management, and Supplier Development.
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement strategies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
• Proficiency in sourcing and procurement tools or software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles, preferably in a relevant industry.
