Job Summary
The role will involve analyzing and providing solutions to businesses problems, as well as involvement in overseeing the development of the proposed solutions and finally completion of the projects. There will also be participation in executing plans to managing change impacts to our customers organization.
Key Responsibilities
Business
- Market Research - gathering market information to be used for data analysis and provide analysis & conclusion for market research
- Gather business information to be used for business process improvement analysis and provide assessment, recommendation and conclusion on the analysis.
- Recommend solutions based on analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Projects
- Assist in formulating and execute project governance, monitors and controls.
- Assist in formulating project tracking and execute progress monitoring.
- Will be project knowledge source of reference for the project team.
- Coordinating and streamlining all activities within a project.
Change
- Execute plans in managing people and organizational changes.
- Involved in planning and executing communication, trainings, and stakeholder management.
- Lead the support and alignment to project activities.

Other requirements
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in Microsoft Project will be an advantage
- Knowledge in logical thinking will be an advantage
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- Self-motivator and self-initiator
