- Partner with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and drive business transformation initiatives across Shopee Express.
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects from opportunity identification, analysis, solution design, implementation, and impact measurement.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve operational productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality across the logistics network.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to enhance scalability, automation, and operational excellence.
- Drive network optimization initiatives across First Mile, Linehaul, Sorting Centers, Last Mile, and Returns to improve speed, capacity utilization, and customer experience.
- Evaluate business performance through data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Build business cases and conduct financial and operational impact assessments to support investment and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Business Intelligence, Finance, Commercial, and Technology to deliver strategic programs.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact and sustainable improvements.
- Benchmark industry best practices and identify innovative solutions to strengthen Shopee Express's operational capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- 3â€7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, operations strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven thinking.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
