Job Description
A Singapore-based capital markets platform is expanding its structured products business and is seeking an experienced sales professional to play a key role in building the franchise from the ground up.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining market insight, client engagement and product expertise to create long-term commercial value. Rather than stepping into a fully established desk, you will have the chance to influence product direction, client strategy and the future growth of the business.
The RoleYou will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to deliver structured investment solutions to clients while helping shape the firm's broader market offering.
The role is suited for individuals who are commercially driven, entrepreneurial and looking for greater ownership over their business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow relationships with accredited, high-net-worth and professional investors
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into relevant investment solutions
- Structure and execute transactions across approved investment products
- Liaise with issuers, counterparties and trading teams on pricing, execution and product solutions
- Support clients throughout the investment lifecycle, from onboarding through post-trade servicing
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure robust execution standards
- Contribute to new product development, market expansion initiatives and business growth strategies

- Equity-Linked Notes (ELNs)
- Fixed Coupon Notes (FCNs)
- Options-based investment strategies
- Accumulators and Decumulators
- Other approved structured products and capital market solutions
