Role Description

• Provide support on the administration and customer support functions such as data analysis and submission of reports on time
• Dealing with incoming calls,enquiry and chat from clients
• Assist operational matters including replying to customer emails, document preparation for suppliers, invoice preparation for customer.
• Work closely with the internal department to brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver ideas on campaigns
• Execute digital marketing campaign, including Facebook, Google, EDMs
• Manage company social media platform, including ideation, project planning, execution, responding to customer's queries
• Providing assistance to other staffs when necessary
