Role Description

Internship Date: 3rd Feb to 10th April 2026

As an Intern under the All Stars Group Academy Varsity Program, you will gain hands-on exposure to a professional working environment while developing essential leadership, communication, and financial life skills. This role is designed to bridge academic learning with real-world workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured training sessions onleadership, communication, and professional skills

Support team members in research, documentation, coordination, and execution of initiatives

Engage in business exposure activities, including meetings, presentations, and industry visits

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis and research skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented mindset, professionalism, and a drive for continuous learning
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
