Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed by the production team.
A safe working environment with minimal accidents or safety incidents.
Evaluate the performance of production staff, providing feedback and ensuring continuous development and training.
Ensure that production lines are adequately staffed and resources (accessories, materials, tools) are available as needed. Smooth, uninterrupted production processes.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Engineering Field
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
Preferably Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
