Job Description
Skill Required
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed by the production team.
- A safe working environment with minimal accidents or safety incidents.
- Evaluate the performance of production staff, providing feedback and ensuring continuous development and training.
- Ensure that production lines are adequately staffed and resources (accessories, materials, tools) are available as needed. Smooth, uninterrupted production processes.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Engineering Field
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
