Job Description

To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
Learn deeply about the products and be proficient in demonstrating them
Monitor Store Operations.
To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers needs are met.
To perform cashiering duties
To comply with all operational standards
Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
