Supervisor (Gurney Plaza Penang)

Job Description

• To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
• Learn deeply about the products and be proficient in demonstrating them
• Monitor Store Operations.
• To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
• To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
• To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
• To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers needs are met.
• To perform cashiering duties
• To comply with all operational standards
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
• Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Presentable
• Retail sales experience prefer, skincare industry would be an advantage
• Able to work on rotational shift and public holiday
• Sales driven, highly motivated, passionate in retail
